• we offer basic alterations on full price garments as a complimentary service (hems and tucks)
• gift vouchers are available
• we send web and mail orders to any location. We try to minimise postal costs to you and we don't charge a handling or packing fee because we are delighted that you shop with us while living elsewhere. For more information on freight, click here.
• we see ourselves as a "value add" business and genuinely seek to acknowledge customer loyalty by rewarding spending. Discounting isn't really our thing.
• when we have a sale it's a genuine one, and we slash and burn three times a year - mid-end February, Crazy Day in june, and at the end of July.
• the time has come for a reward programme. In 2005 we will introduce a system for issuing gift vouchers to acknowledge certain levels of spending.
• kakadu Clothing and Emporium Bellingen has a responsibility to the community, and is particularly supportive of the young and the breastless, the Cancer Council, Chrysalis School for Rudolph Steiner Education, the festivals, arts and culture and the Vipassana Meditation Centre at Blackheath in the Blue Mountains.
